Administrative Services

The Administrative Services offices are dedicated to providing the necessary services that support the University in reaching its academic mission.  Administrative Services is comprised of four departments including: Accounts Payable, Bursar's Office, Departmental Cashiers, and Payroll.  These departments aid in the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of the University’s community. Whether you are a vendor inquiring about payments, a student in need of financial services, or an employee with salary questions, Administrative Services offers the appropriate assistance for your needs.

COVID-19 Procedures

As you are aware, Gov Edwards announced that the State will enter into Phase 2 of reopening on June 5, 2020.

Effective Monday, June 8, 2020, Departmental Cashiers will be open to resume business operations but with limited hours to allow for appropriate disinfection of surfaces and objects of the area.  The office will be open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am until 1 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 11:00 am.  The lobby for Departmental Cashiers will be accessed from Room #117 (the door is located directly outside Martin Hall next to the double doors to enter the main building on the B.I. Moody side).

Please ensure that anyone entering Martin Hall must follow appropriate protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others around you.
     1. A face mask or face covering must be worn when entering Martin Hall
     2. Maintain social distancing – if an individual is in the lobby upon arrival, please wait outside until
     that individual completes their transaction and exits the room

Finally, please refrain from sending any deposits through interoffice mail or directly through the mail to the Post Office.  All deposits must be made in person by your department with Departmental Cashiers.
